Where can I rent via the Dockx app?

Renting via the Dockx app? You can pick up and return your vehicle 24/7 at your chosen pick-up point. The network of pick-up points consists of the existing Dockx Service Shops as well as new Pick-up Points. So there is always a location near you!

When you make a reservation via the Dockx app, you first choose the pick-up point where you want to collect your vehicle. This allows us to check the availability of our vehicles. You can collect your vehicle:

  • in the car park of one of our 15 Dockx Service Shops 
  • at one of our Pick-up Points

What is a Pick-up Point?

A Pick-up Point is a retailer's car park or an unmanned location where you can hire a van or moving van 24/7 via the Dockx app. At these locations, the rental process runs digitally and is entirely contactless. This means that you will not be assisted by a Dockx employee. So you can get on the road with your vehicle even faster!

The vehicles have a fixed pitch at the Pick-up Point, which is clearly marked. So you collect your delivery or removal van here and return it to the same place after the rental period. This allows the subsequent customer to leave quickly too.

Our partners

Our Pick-up Points are not our own Dockx locations, they are located in our partners' car parks. You can combine your van rental at this Pick-up Point with a (large) purchase or service from one of our partners or you can rent your vehicle without a purchase. The choice is yours!

What is a Dockx Service Shop?

          At our Dockx Service Shops you can choose traditional car rental with a personal service from our staff or contactless rental via the app. 

Our Dockx staff will help you in our Dockx Service Shops by providing optimal customer service. You can visit the manned locations for various Dockx services during the opening hours (from Monday to Saturday from 07:30 - 18:30). 

  • Rental of delivery or removal vans, cars, trucks, motorbikes, trailers or a ladder lift
  • Rental of moving boxes and materials 
  • You can even send or collect a parcel 

You can also make a reservation via the app at your Dockx Service Shop. This is a contactless reservation where you can collect your van or moving van 24/7 from the car park of a Dockx Service Shop, without needing the help of an employee. The car rental process is therefore even faster and more flexible.

We have 15 Dockx Service Shops throughout Belgium. Our locations are easy to reach by public transport. Prefer to come by car or by bike? There is room to park/store these free of charge. So you can return your rental vehicle and then head back home without any problems. 

No Dockx Service Shop in your area? Then drop by one of our Pick-up Points for your delivery or removal van.
