Could you tell us about your career?
I started working as a mechanic at Dockx on 1 August 2011. In the 10 years I have been working there, I have learned a lot. Since March this year I became a supervisor and now have more responsibilities. My ambition is to continue to grow within Dockx.
What motivates you to go to work happily every day?
The nicest thing about the job is the variation. I am still learning new things and there are often new challenges. This ensures the job never gets boring.
Are you interested in cars yourself?
Yes, I am definitely passionate about cars. My favourite vehicle at Dockx was the Mercedes AMG GTS (unfortunately, the car is no longer in our range). But it was my favourite because it was very fast and looked great.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
In my spare time I play indoor soccer and enjoy activities with my family. My son also plays football, so I know how to keep myself busy.
What’s your favourite kind of holiday?
For me, vacation means doing nothing. I prefer to spend my family holidays in a hotel in a warm country. This ensures we can relax and do nothing except enjoy each other and the beautiful weather.
